Shipping

• All orders are received and processed during regular shop hours. Click here for shop hours.
• If you have any questions regarding your order, please call 888.747.6945, ext. 5523.
• Shipping charges are calculated by weight.
• We make every effort to ship in-stock items approximately two business days after receiving an order.
• Our primary shipping carrier is U.S. Postal Service (USPS), but other carriers are used as needed.
• You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please enter your preferred e-mail address on your order forms. If we have inquiries regarding your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
• Forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, and Cookie Dough or Fall Bucks.

• All returned merchandise must be in clean and saleable condition.
• Returned merchandise must have the receipt, original tags, and original packaging.
• Goods listed in our special offers, clearance section, books, or dated items are not returnable.
• With receipt and within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. After 30 days, items returned with a receipt can be exchanged.
• If you are returning an item by mail, we suggest you insure the package.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
• Please allow approximately 14 business days after we receive your return for a refund to be processed. You can expect your refund in the same form of original payment. Always include your receipt with a notation indicating reason for return.

Please Note: You are always welcome to return purchases from the GSNWGL Online Shop to any of our Council Shop locations.
